Honestly. Try and recall the number of people who started a fitness and nutrition regime on their own and had some appreciable results (without the use of copious amounts of illicit substances). I didn’t think so.
See it takes knowledge and expertise to achieve the aforementioned. Sure google exists, but with so much bad information, so many circulating myths, to weed through the sticks costs time.
To reach your goals you need two things: Drive and know-how.
And you may wonder if it so simple why isn’t everyone getting results.
1. Knowledge has to be evidenced based, applicable in an efficient manner.
2. It has to be fun.
